Consultation - £150
This is the starting point for any project, whether you plan to do the work yourself or whether you need further help from us. We walk through your property and highlight any problem areas, offering practical low-cost solutions that you can either implement yourself, or employ us to do so. All projects are unique - some can be completed in one day, and others of course can take longer. We can return at any stage if you need help, or we can produce various plans for you to work through. We especially recommend you call us back for the vital "finishing touches".
Hands-On Staging - £195 per day
If you're short on time, or don't have the imagination and practical skills for such a project, we can do the staging for you. We store excess furnture and clutter out of sight, re-style existing furnishings and can add new accessories (if requested), to give the "wow-factor".
More Options
For investment purposes, you may wish to add new furniture, decorate, or replace carpets etc. as this usually adds thousands of pounds to the property's value. We can advise on all of this, and can offer the services of our own handy-man, decorator, joiner and plumber, if required, as well as other local traders and suppliers.
Home Staging Packages - Save £55!
For fast, economical home staging, book a "package". We visit your home for a planning session, then return on another day to do the actual staging. For larger, more complicated projects, you can book additional days as required (see below).
Home Staging Furniture Packs
These packs include all the furniture necessary to stage an empty property to a high standard. Prices vary depending on the size and requirements of the project. We can remove or add furniture to the list as necessary, so if your property already has some furniture, these items can be deleted from the list. We can quote for your own personal Pack during a Consultation.
The furniture is delivered, unpacked, assembled and cleaned for you. Many styles, colours and finishes are available.
Home Staging Accessory & Soft Furnishing Packs
These packs include all the soft furnishings and finishing touches necessary to professionally stage an empty property. Prices vary depending on the size of the property. The accessories are delivered, unpacked, cleaned, (ironed!) and styled for you. They are a worthwhile investment, as they all come with you when you move, or if you’re a property developer, they can move into your next project!
The packs include co-ordinating curtains, artwork, mirrors, soft furnishings (i.e. bedding, cushions etc), table lamps, lamp shades, ornaments, filled vases, plants (real or artificial), decorative bowls, scented soaps, towels etc - plenty for every room in the house - styled to a show home standard.
During the Consultation, we adapt the list to suit your property, depending on what’s already available to use - the more you already have, the more we take off the list. We can quote for your own personal Pack during a Consultation.
