Nottingham, an unusual 2-bed contemporary house

This property in a prestigious area in Nottingham had a restricted market due to its three-storey layout with open staircases, so it had to look especially inviting to a young, professional couple.  Investing money on decorating and repairs, and under £700 on stylish accessories made it so much more interesting (see the 'before' photos).   The Estate-Agent was delighted with the results, but even then, it took a while to sell.  They suggested it would still be on the market without Staging.
