Loughborough, a small 3-bed semi-detached house

This home owner was relocating to London for an unexpected promotion - in ONE week's time!  We staged the house with a £2000 budget, which included two new sofas that he planned to buy anyway.  He was able to leave on time, with the project complete, and the Estate Agent (Aiden J Reed) added £12,000 to the asking price - even though that took it over the ceiling price for that area.  It sold instantly that very weekend, for the full asking price.
