Even though there were plenty of viewings in the one year it was on the market, no-one offered to buy this house, as they imagined having to spend thousands on a new bathroom, decorating, new carpets etc. Following one week of Home Staging, and a furniture and accessory budget of £1700, the new Estate Agents (Royston & Lund) featured it as "Property of the Week" and sold it four days later for the full asking price!
